( SOPHIE BUCH )
I feel incredibly fortunate to work as an interior designer — a profession that is both my career and my passion. It allows me to play a role in shaping the homes people live in and the spaces where they spend their time.
After completing my training at the KLC School of Design, I joined Fran Hickman Design and Interiors, where I gained experience across residential, commercial and retail projects.
I founded Phiber in December 2019.
( APPROACH )
Rather than adhering to a fixed house style, I approach design through a set of guiding principles: strive for originality, value character, choose quality craftsmanship whenever possible, and recognise that good style is timeless.
These values help shape each project without imposing a rigid aesthetic.
For us, design is not only about how a space looks, but also how it functions. We take time to understand what matters most to each client — their lifestyle, routines, heritage and inspirations — so that the spaces we create feel personal, considered and truly work for the way they live.
